1. Seafreight charges are calculated according to the measurements of the cargo, i.e., on the basis of how many cubic
metres the goods have. If the volume is less than 1 cubic metre, the charges will be calculated on the basis of 1
cubic metre; or else, if the volume is larger than 1 cubic metre, the charges will be calculated according to the
actual measurements of the consignment.

2. The total volume of the consignment is known by summing up the measurements of every and each outer package per bill.

3. Every single package should be, whether in weight or size,suitable for manually carrying.

4. The freight charges of uncommon cargoes should be reckoned individually.

5. Ocean Freight should be paid in U.S.Dollars, while other fees and charges arising domestically, inclusive of Loading
Charges, Customs Clearance Charges, Inland Haulage Charges,etc., should be paid in RMB (Chinese Currency).
